Downstairs

Entrance Hall/downstairs cloakroom

Lounge/Dining Area:     Spacious room with comfortable seating, a TV/DVD player, books and games and dining table and chairs for 8 people.  Patio doors lead out to the decked garden area.
Kitchen:  Mirabilis has a modern kitchen with built in fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven.  The kitchen in very well equipped, with everything you will need on a self catering holiday.

First Floor

Bedroom 2:  Large, bright room with a king size bed and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3:  another large room containing twin single bed, also with built in wardrobe.  This room has a super view over the river basin.
Bedroom 4: The smallest bedroom contains bunk beds, so is suitable for children only. 
Bathroom: Recently refurbished with WC, basin, bath with mixer shower and heated towel rail.

Second Floor

Bedroom 1:  A very large and airy room with king size bed and antique pine furniture.  Bedroom 1 enjoys great views to the rear of the house, and has a large walk-in wardrobe.
En-suite Shower room: containing WC, basin and shower cubicle.

New: A travel cot and high chair are now available for hire at £20 per item per visit.  Please let us know if you require these items.

Outside

To the front of the house is a shared shingled driveway and parking space for 2 large cars.  There are several steps to the main door.  At the rear is the decked garden leading to the private mooring.  The garden area is fenced, however young children should be supervised.
