Prices

3 and 4 night breaks are available year round, and can be booked at any time subject to availability.

3 night breaks start on a Friday and 4 night breaks start on Mondays.  Both  3 and 4 night breaks are charged at 70% of the 7 night rate for that period.

For example, if you wanted a 3 night break starting on Friday 2 March 2012 , the cost would be £273.  A 4 night break starting on Monday 8 October 2012 would be £476.

2 week holidays are available year round.  The price for a 2 week break is 85% of the total of the two individual weeks.  For example, a 2 week holiday starting Saturday 16 June 2012 would be £1190.
£700 + £700= £1400
£1400 x 85% = £1190

We are often able to do breaks of a irregular length (e.g. 5, 10 or 11 days).  Please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your dates.  As a privately owned property, we are able to offer this flexibility, where the large cottage companies cannot.

Pets

Up to 2 small, well behaved pets allowed.  Please add £30 for the first pet, or £50 for two.  Please inform us at the time of booking if you intend to bring a pet.  Pets are permitted downstairs only.

Payment

A  deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.  The balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday. If booking within 6 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.  We accept payment by personal cheque or bank transfer, please contact us for bank details if required.  If paying by cheque, we will hold your reservation for 7 days to allow your cheque to arrive and clear.  On receipt of deposit we will send a confirmation and receipt, followed by additional instructions on receipt of the balance.
